Can I order a piece from the collection?: Most pieces are made to order, by conversation. Tell us what you have in mind through the commission page and we'll reply with the possibilities and a quote. Finished pieces are shared as they are photographed.
How much does a piece cost?: Each piece is quoted individually, based on the wood, the size and the detail involved. We'll always give you a clear figure before any work begins.
How long does a custom piece take?: It depends on the piece and what's on the bench. We'll give you an honest timeline when we talk through your idea, and we'll let you know as it takes shape.
Can you personalize a piece?: Yes. Names, dates, monograms, inscriptions and logos can be engraved on most pieces. Bring your idea; we'll suggest where and how it looks best.
Do you make branded products for businesses?: We do: coasters, menu covers, custom wooden menus, gifts and other pieces that carry a logo or a name. Quantities and timelines are agreed in conversation.
What wood do you use?: It depends on the piece. We work with a range of hardwoods and choose each board for its grain, colour and character, and we have a soft spot for wood that would otherwise be discarded. Ask what's on the bench.
What if my piece gets damaged?: Tell us. We'd rather repair something we made than see it thrown away. Our Lifetime Promise covers the craftsmanship; wear and accidents are handled case by case, and we'll always try to help.
Do you ship?: Shipping and collection are arranged piece by piece when you order. We'll confirm the details with your quote.
